Simultaneously, Shahrukh leads Black Locust Capital Financing Broker LLC (BLC), directing global investment and finance operations with a special focus on strategic alliances, trade finance, and project financing. Notably, he spearheaded the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AZPROMO (Azerbaijan’s Export & Investment Promotion Agency) and Black Locust Capital, aimed at boosting foreign investment into Azerbaijan.
